Her expertise in client relationship management resulted in an appointment to Honeywell’s Ambassador Program, a select outreach team to strengthen Honeywell’s Government Relations Division. Felicia was instrumental in Honeywell’s relocation of its Headquarters and Software Solutions Center to Atlanta, Georgia, ensuring success of the communications launch with key customers, business and community officials. She worked directly with the CEO and Government Relations team to best position Honeywell within the local market.

In 2015, Felicia worked in London for Honeywell Business Solutions’ Europe Division leading a collaborative cross-cultural initiative resulting in standardized sales operations and growth strategies to leverage macro-customer trends.

Over the years, the construction market peaked Felicia’s interest. Thus, in 2015 she earned a Master’s of Science (M.S.) in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology graduating with honors while continuing her professional success. She previously received her Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing at Clark Atlanta University and Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The University of North Texas.
